On Aug. 12, Jose Rodriguez and Madison Throneburg purchased a three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 554 Chestnut Drive, Oswego from Peter D. and Jodie G. Arenz for $240,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $5,895.10. This is 2.46% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Dec. 5, 2014 for $155,000.

So far in August 2021, three properties sold in Oswego.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 554 Chestnut Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Amanda L. Szwacz, 32, and Dalbert Charles Ayers, 62.
