On Aug. 11, Jenna R Kentgen and Elias G Varon purchased a three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 113 Presidential Blvd., Oswego from Yesenia and Jesus Camargo for $232,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $4,587.30. This is 1.98% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on June 4, 2004 for $165,000.

So far in August 2021, three properties sold in Oswego.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Jesus V. Camargo has been registered to vote since 2006 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries. Yesenia Camargo has been registered to vote since 2016.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
