On Aug. 11, Eric Blake MacKowiak and Kelsey Lynn Filippone purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 501 Northgate Circle, Oswego from Carol A. Oros (trustee) and Cao Trust Dated June 18 2020 for $222,500.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $3,074.98, which is 1.38% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $138,500 on Feb. 26, 2013.

So far in August 2021, three properties sold in Oswego.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Carol A. Oros (70) has been registered to vote since 2003 and has voted in at least three primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries and one Republican Primary.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
