On Aug. 11, Kyle Patrick Kerpan and Carmela Tonia Indrago purchased a home at 7505 Fordham Lane, Joliet from Sam George J. and Sam Laura S. for $280,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $5,874.66, which is 2.1% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $225,000 on Feb. 14, 2006.

So far in August 2021, two properties sold in Joliet.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, George J. Sam has been registered to vote since 2008 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 7505 Fordham Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: George J. Sam, 47, and Laura S. Sam, 45.
