On Aug. 13, Inga Jurevicius purchased a four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 321 Millstream Lane, Oswego from Sheriff of Kendall County, Shannon Independent Kristiansen (estate administrator) and Scott Joseph Thomas (deceased) for $246,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $7,862.04, which is 3.2% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $240,000 on Oct. 12, 2001.

So far in August 2021, 54 properties sold in Oswego.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Scott J Thomas (61) has been registered to vote since 2001 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Republican Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
