On Aug. 16, Jordan Beth Burghardt and Tom Ryan Maher purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 2 Ingleshire Court, Boulder Hill from Susan Hulse for $250,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $5,212.68, 2.09% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Jan. 2, 2013 for $102,000.

So far in August 2021, 13 properties sold in Boulder Hill.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were four registered voters residing at 2 Ingleshire Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Richard Balog, Lorrie L. Balog, 63, David R. Balog, 37, and Susan E. Amundsen, 38.
