On Aug. 23, Matthew J. and Kari L. Nixon sold their five bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 1934 Country Hills Drive, Yorkville to Eric and Jeweline McRoberts for $386,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $11,151.98. This is 2.89% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Oct. 15, 2015 for $269,000.

So far in August 2021, 68 properties sold in Yorkville.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Matthew James Nixon has been registered to vote since 2016 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Republican Primary. Kari Lynn Nixon has been registered to vote since 2016.
