The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $6,748.54, 2.18% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $305,000 on June 21, 2021.

So far in August 2021, 38 properties sold in Montgomery.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were four registered voters residing at 2640 Pecos Circle as of Oct. 10, 2020: Ashley Barkei, Stacey L. Barkei, 45, Holly Jean Barkei, 23, and Jeremy P. Barkei, 45.
