Oswegoland Park District recently issued the following announcement.
GOBBLER HOBBLER 10K & MASHED POTATO MILE
NOVEMBER 14 @ 8:30 AM - 11:30 AM
Celebrate Fall with a scenic 10K run down the Fox River and through beautiful downtown Oswego! The chip-timed course begins and ends at Fox Chase Elementary School. Volunteers provide two water stations on the course. All pre-registered runners are guaranteed a hoodie sweatshirt, refreshments, and finisher’s medal. Athletes are invited to enjoy Gobbler Hobbler’s famous complimentary walking pancakes after the run. Registration closes 11/4. There are no refunds for athletic events.

Race Day
Participants may pick up packets for friends if they present a picture of the friend’s driver’s license.
- Race day registration begins at 7:00am on Sunday, November 14. 10K: $55 | 1 Mile: $35

- Thursday, November 11th Prairie Point Center (313 E Washington St.) 5:30-7:30pm
- Saturday, November 13 Fox Chase Elementary School (260 Fox Chase Dr. N) 9:00am-12:00pm
- Race Day Morning 7-8:15am
