The three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 2905 Ernest Drive, Sandwich was sold on Oct. 22 by Jeffrey Scull (successor trustee) and Enoch Scull Nick Scull and Patricia A. Scull Dated November 13 2017 (also known as) (living trust) for $325,000. The buyers were Brian C. and Lindie L. Baumann.

This home last sold for $288,000 on June 28, 2006.

This property is the only sale in Sandwich so far in October 2021 as of this publication.

Scull has been registered to vote since 1962 and has voted in at least 12 primary elections, records show, including 12 Republican Primaries.
