Bowl for Veterans
The American Legion Riders Post #181 from Sandwich is hosting a “Bowl for Veterans” 9 pin, no tap event on Saturday, January 29, at Sandwich Idle Hour Lanes (927 E. Railroad Street).
Start times are at 4 and 7 pm. There will be prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place bowlers, 50/50, food will be available for donations, and raffles.
You must pre-register by calling Bob or Sandy on 815-786-8334. Proceeds will benefit Rolling Thunder which is an organization to educate the public that many American Prisoners of War have been left behind, to protect future veterans from being left behind should they become POW/MIA, and committed to helping veterans from all wars.
