On Dec. 6, Dennis E. Ohlenkamp (co-trustee), Susan L. Ohlenkamp (co-trustee) and Ohlenkamp Family Joint Trust Dated July 25 2017 sold their three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 44 Christy Lane, Yorkville to Jake and Nicole Johnson for $488,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $9,486.82, 1.94% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2021, two properties sold in Yorkville.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Susan L. Ohlenkamp has been registered to vote since 1998 and has voted in at least three primary elections, records show, including one Democratic Primary and two Republican Primaries. Dennis E. Ohlenkamp has been registered to vote since 1997 and has voted in at least three primary elections, records show, including three Republican Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
