The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $5,885.76, 1.93% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on May 22, 2017 for $222,000.

This property is one of nine sales so far in Boulder Hill in November 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Megan Lynn Shiver has been registered to vote since 2017. Mitchell Allen Shiver has been registered to vote since 2017.
