Oswego home prices rose in November 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Oswego rose by $60,000 while total sales increased by 21.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $320,000 - a 23.1% increase over the $260,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Oswego in November 2020.
