On Dec. 15, Sheriff of Kendall County and Steven D Link sold their three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 711 Richmond Drive, Oswego to Julie Schwerdtfeger for $187,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $6,949.54, which is 3.72% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2021, 25 properties sold in Oswego.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Steven D. Link has been registered to vote since 2001.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 711 Richmond Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Laura Link, 51, and Steven D. Link, 50.
