On Dec. 21, Thomas N. Tripp (trustee) and Thomas Tripp Number One Dated June 21 2001 (revocable living trust) sold their four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 9 Oakwood Drive, Oswego to Robert Carpenter and Theresa A. Elizondo for $400,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $9,798.70, 2.45% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $290,000 on Nov. 21, 2012.

So far in December 2021, 42 properties sold in Oswego.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Thomas N. Tripp has been registered to vote since 2014 and has voted in at least eight primary elections, records show, including eight Republican Primaries. Theresa Elizondo has been registered to vote since 2019.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 9 Oakwood Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Pamela L Palis-Kalisz, 68, Thomas N. Tripp, 53, and Theresa Elizondo, 47.
