19 Poplar Road, Yorkville purchased by David Finazzo

On Jan. 18, Blrr Land Trust sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 19 Poplar Road, Yorkville to David Finazzo for $235,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $4,228.72, 1.8% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of two sales so far in Yorkville in January 2022.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Elsie J. Ness, 87, was the only registered voter residing at 19 Poplar Road as of Oct. 10, 2020.
