Plano home prices rose in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Plano rose by $8,000 while total sales decreased by 10.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 141 homes sold, with a median sale price of $190,000 - a 4.4% increase over the $182,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 157 homes sold in Plano in the second half of 2020.
