Bristol median home prices rose by 9.3% in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Bristol rose by $25,000 while total sales increased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $295,000 - a 9.3% increase over the $270,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Bristol in the second half of 2020.
