Oswego home prices rose in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Oswego rose by $35,500 while total sales increased by 0.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 425 homes sold, with a median sale price of $305,500 - a 13.1% increase over the $270,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 423 homes sold in Oswego in the second half of 2020.
