The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $6,582.08, 2.58% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of four sales so far in Boulder Hill in January 2022.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Dean Paul Hartley has been registered to vote since 1984 and has voted in at least 15 primary elections, records show, including 15 Republican Primaries. Mary Jo Hartley has been registered to vote since 1984 and has voted in at least 14 primary elections, records show, including 14 Republican Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
