The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $11,709.60, 2.34% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Feb. 1, 2008. It last sold for $353,000.

So far in January 2022, 38 properties sold in Yorkville.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Betty J. Finazzo has been registered to vote since 2008.
