On Feb. 9, James Z. Gotch and Ariana Alvarez purchased a four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 2563 Madden Court, Yorkville from Justin G. Jenkins for $439,900.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $10,988.30, 2.5% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Oct. 23, 2009 for $321,500.

So far in February 2022, 18 properties sold in Yorkville.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Justin G. Jenkins has been registered to vote since 2009.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 2563 Madden Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Melissa S. Jenkins, 43, and Justin G. Jenkins, 46.
