On Feb. 28, Sheriff of Kendall County and Greywall Club Community Association sold their home at 8206 Waterbury Drive, Joliet to Brett Van Asdlen for $245,500.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $7,607.64, 3.1% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $277,500 on Feb. 9, 2006.

So far in February 2022, 18 properties sold in Joliet.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 8206 Waterbury Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Anthony Riuns, 24, and Denise Rivas, 25.
