CASA Kendall County and their new clubhouse were surrounded by family, friends, and multiple business communities during their grand opening. The ribbon cutting ceremony was attended by the Yorkville, Montgomery, Plano, and Oswego Chambers, along with Representative Lauren Underwood.
Representative Lauren Underwood secured a federal grant to contribute to the purchase of the 1870s doll house like home. The clubhouse serves as a place where parents and their kids can have visitation in a safe, comfortable environment. The space provides a full kitchen, plenty of cozy spots, an indoor slide and swing. It’s located on Van Emmon Street in Yorkville.
