To celebrate the joining of our new member, the Yorkville Chamber hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony for Noir Cut & Shave Club. Family, friends & the business community surrounded owner Juan as he showed off his new space & informed of his services. Guests enjoyed refreshments, music by a DJ and exploring all that Noir has to offer.
