CALL TO ORDER AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
President Troy Parlier called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m. and led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America.

TRUSTEE REPORTS
Trustee Jones Sinnott- summer is here; encourage people to attend the Thursday event series at Venue 1012; current and surrounding residents are enjoying the Venue; great to see everyone in the downtown; have a safe and happy 4th of July.
Trustee Kuhrt- no report.
Trustee Olson- nice to be part of the PrairieFest parade; have a safe 4th of July; remember Veterans and the noise of fireworks.
Trustee Thomas- it was a joy to be at the PrairieFest parade; weather was beautiful; PrairieFest was fantastic; volunteered at the booth; a lot of people already know about the Venue; have a safe and happy 4th of July.
Trustee Guist- get out and vote tomorrow.
Trustee Marter II- talked to people non-stop at PrairieFest about the Venue, water source and referendum; fun to be part of the PrairieFest parade; vote tomorrow.
PRESIDENT’S REPORT
Get out and vote; June 29th, from 4pm-7pm at Village Hall, is an open house for Wolf Crossing; June 30th R-Gang Motown/R&B band is at Venue 1012; it is a free event; July 2nd Starlifter is at the Venue; opening act is Marina City featuring American Idol contestant Ryan Argast; free event; 4th of July fireworks at Prairie Point Park; July 14th Sealed with a Kiss band at the Venue; free event; only one meeting in July on July 19th; hope to see the community out and enjoying this.
