The Board of Education of Community Unit School District 308, Kendall, Kane and Will Counties, Illinois, met in a special session in Room 61 at the District Administration Center.

1. Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 1:15 p.m. by President LaTonya Simelton

2. Closed Session

Mr. Ploger thanked everyone for the hard work in trying to fill the open positions, stating that other Districts are having the same difficulties.
A motion was made by Ms. Jennifer Johnson, second by Mr. Jared Ploger, to approve the District Administrator contract as presented
