Oswego Public Personnel Committee met Jan. 25.
Here is the agenda provided by the committee:
1. Call to Order 6:30 p.m. or Immediately following the Regular Meeting
2. Salaries for FY 2023-2024 (Starting July 1, 2023)
3. Additional time for FT employees on Sunday, possibly starting April 2, 2023, adding a paid time from 11 a.m.- 5 p.m., with full-time staff paid 8 hours but working 6 hours and the library open to the public 12-5 p.m.
4. Additional position for Communications: FT Marketing
5. Staff Events Committee: Money for staff team building activities $2,500 and $500 for gift cards and spirit wear for anniversaries, with a total budget of $3,000
