Kendall County Board of Review met Feb. 14.

Here are the minutes provided by the board:

The Board of Review meeting was called to order on February 14, 2023, at 1:00 pm. Members present at the meeting were Pam Gegenheimer, Gary Popp, David Zielke and Andy Nicoletti, Clerk.

Motion to reorganize by Gary Popp and seconded by David Zielke, motion carried. The Clerk called for nominations for Chairman. Gary Popp nominated Pam Gegenheimer, seconded by David Zielke. No other nominations were made. The Clerk was instructed to cast a unanimous ballot to make Pam Gegenheimer the Chairman.

Motion to approve agenda by Gary Popp and seconded by David Zielke, motion carried.

No public comments.

Motion to approve the minutes from January 27, 2023, by Gary Popp and seconded by David Zielke, motion carried.

Reviewed the postage meter report. Mailed 103 pieces at a cost of $62.76.

Reviewed the budget report. Have used 7.7% of the budget.

Received an application for Total Exempt Status from the City of Yorkville. Motion to forward to Department of Revenue by Gary Popp and seconded by David Zielke, motion carried.

Next meeting scheduled for March 14, 2023, at 1:00pm.
