Kendall County Board of Review met June 27.

The Board of Review meeting was called to order on June 27, 2023, at 1:00 pm. Members present at the meeting were Pam Gegenheimer, Gary Popp, David Zielke and Andy Nicoletti, Clerk. Meagan Brigantti was also present.
Motion to approve agenda by Gary Popp and seconded by David Zielke, motion carried.
No public comments.
Signed Certificates of Error.
Motion to approve the minutes from June 6, 2023, by Gary Popp and seconded by David Zielke, motion carried.
Reviewed 2023 Residential Complain Form. Motion to approve form by Gary Popp and seconded by David Zielke, motion carried.
Meagan Brigantti discussed the Board of Review office setup in the Executive Board room. Toured room to see how the equipment will be laid out.
Received an applications for Total Exempt Status from Illinois Department of Transportation. Motion to forward to Department of Revenue by Gary Popp and seconded by David Zielke, motion carried.
Received a 2020 PTAB decision for Hirsch. PTAB confirmed the assessment.
Discussed meeting schedule, next meetings scheduled are for July 11 and August 1 at 1:00 pm.
