e. Discussion and possible approval of Ordinance 2024-06 City of Sandwich 2024-2025 Budget. Due to time constraints, it is recommended to waive first reading.

f. Discussion and possible approval of recommendation to have the mayor to accept an additional Scope of Service agreement with Hampton, Lenzini, and Renwick (HLR) for services associated with the acquisition of Right of Way required for the Pratt Road Bridge Project in an amount not to exceed $10,820

g. Discussion and possible approval of recommendation to increase Zoning Board of Appeals and Plan Commission Fees.

h. Discussion and possible approval of 2024-2025 Pavement Management Program projects (Dayton Street, E. Center St.) and approve Resolution 24-07 to request use of $478,000 of Motor Fuel Tax (MFT) funds to complete the pavement management work on E. Center Street and Dayton Street.

i. Discussion and possible approval of Professional Services Agreement with Engineering Enterprises Inc. of Sugar Grove to prepare appropriate application and documentation to renew the mandated annual Sewer Capacity, Maintenance, Management and Operations Plan (CMOM) plan and the Wastewater Treatment Facility Sludge Permit (required every 5 years) at a cost not to exceed $15,000.

j. Discussion and possible approval of bid for the 2024 Sidewalk Improvement Program, awarded to Triggi Construction of West Chicago, in the amount not to exceed $215,865.50.
