I. Call to Order
President DeBolt called the meeting to order at 6:35 am in the Kendall County Office Building - Second Floor Board Meeting Rooms 209 and 210.

Committee Chairman Reports: Commissioners Wormley (Finance) and Koukol (Operations) Finance Committee Chairman Wormley reported the District's Finance Committee has been discussing the temporary easement with ANR/ TC Energy at Millbrook North and a 37 acre parcel that could be acquired with an OSLAD Grant.
Operations Committee Chairman Koukol reported that the District's June Operations Committee meeting was cancelled.
