A. Discussion and possible action to authorize the mayor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Engineering Enterprises Inc. to prepare a funding application for an IEPA Public Water Supply Loan in an amount not to exceed $19,778.00

B. Discussion ad possible approval of Ordinance 2024 - 12: AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AND FIXING THE COMPENSATION FOR THE MAYOR AND LIQUOR COMMISSIONER OF THE CITY OF SANDWICH, ILLINOIS.

C. Discussion and possible approval of Ordinance 2024 - 13: AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AND FIXING THE COMPENSATION FOR THE CLERK OF THE CITY OF SANDWICH, ILLINOIS.

D. Discussion and possible approval of Ordinance 2024 - 14: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2 - "ADMINISTRATION,” ARTICLE III – "OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES,” DIVISION 2 – "MAYOR," SECTION 2-111 - "GENERALLY," SUBPARAGRAPH (b) – "SALARY" OF THE CITY OF SANDWICH MUNICIPAL CODE.

A. Discussion and possible approval of Monthly Bills in the amount of $571,587.85

A. Executive Session pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1): The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees, specific individuals who serve as independent contractors in a park, recreational, or educational setting, or specific volunteers of the public body or legal counsel for the public body, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee, a specific individual who serves as an independent contractor in a park, recreational, or educational setting, or a volunteer of the public body or against legal counsel for the public body to determine its validity.

B. Executive Session pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(5): The purchase or lease of real property for the use of the public body, including meetings held for the purpose of discussing whether a particular parcel should be acquired

A. The next Finance Committee Meeting will occur on October 7, 2024 at 6:30 p.m.

B. The next Committee of the Whole Council meeting will be held on October 7, 2024 at 7:00 p.m.

C. The next Regular Meeting of the Sandwich City Council will be held on October 7, 2024 immediately following the Committee of the Whole meeting
