Here is the agenda provided by the commission:

1. Call to Order

2. Roll Call

3. Approval of the meeting minutes August 13, 2024

4. Public Hearing: PC 2024-02 Request is for a special use permit to allow a multi-purpose building (2 businesses on ground floor and 2 apartments on second floor) in a CBD-2 zoning lot with a variance request to reduce number of required parking spots, and a variance to reduce rear and west side setbacks.

5. General Discussion
