Reorganizational Meeting

MEMBERS PRESENT:

Stephen Blount

Emily Conquest

Ed Cronin

Adam Shainberg

Katherine Tonelli

ABSENT:

1. Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by President James Satorius. Roll call was answered as indicated. Others present were: Rachel Kinder, Tiffany Staab, Sarah Massey, Mary Robinson, Adrianne McKerrow, Aaron Souza, Jaleasa Wilson, Adam Satorius, Kelly McGowan, Donna McGowan, Joyce Satorius, Bonita Felt, Ruth Satorius, Linda Walter, John Clucas, Al Skwarczynski, and Lori Shanholtzer.

Moved by Tonelli, seconded by Shainberg to approve the agenda.

Aye: Tonelli, Shainberg, Blount, Cronin, Monson, Satorius, Conquest

2. Action Items

2.01 Canvass of Votes from the April 1, 2025 Election

Moved by Shainberg, seconded by Monson to the Canvass of Votes from the April 1, 2025 Election as presented.

Aye: Shainberg, Monson, Blount, Cronin, Satorius, Tonelli, Conquest

Motion Carried.

2.02 Oath of Office

Board President Emily Conquest administered the Oath of Office to Stephen Blount, Ed Cronin, Thomas McGowan and Adam Shainberg.

3. Adjournment

Moved by Satorius, seconded by Blount to adjourn the meeting at 6:09 p.m.

Aye: Satorius, Blount, Cronin, Monson, Shainberg, Tonelli, Conquest

Motion Carried.

4. Call to Order

The meeting was called back to order at 6:11 p.m. by President Emily Conquest. Roll call was answered as indicated.

5. Election of Officers

5.01 President

Moved by Tonelli, seconded by Monson to open nominations for President.

Adam Shainberg motioned, and Stephen Blount seconded to nominate Emily Conquest for President.

Votes for Emily Conquest: Shainberg, Blount, Cronin, Monson, McGowan, Tonelli, Conquest

5.02 Vice President

Moved by Tonelli, seconded by Blount to open nominations for Vice President.

Stephen Blount motioned, and Jennifer Monson seconded to nominate Adam Shainberg for Vice President.

Votes for Adam Shainberg: Blount, Monson, Cronin, McGowan, Shainberg, Tonelli, Conquest

5.03 Secretary

Moved by Shainberg, seconded by Tonelli to open nominations for Secretary.

Katherine Tonelli motioned, and Ed Cronin seconded to nominate Stephen Blount for Secretary. Votes for Stephen Blount: Shainberg, Tonelli, Blount, Cronin, McGowan, Monson, Conquest

5.04 Recording Secretary

Moved by Tonelli, seconded by Monson to approve appointing Lori Shanholtzer as the recording secretary.

Aye: Tonelli, Monson, Blount, Cronin, McGowan, Shainberg, Conquest

5.05 Treasurer

Moved by Shainberg, seconded by Tonelli to approve appointing Mary Robinson as the treasurer. Aye: Shainberg, Tonelli, Blount, Cronin, McGowan, Monson, Conquest

6.01 Approve the Calendar of Meetings for the 2025-2026 School year

Moved by Monson, seconded by Tonelli to approve the calendar of meetings for the 2025-2026 school year as presented.
