Friday, March 14: Yorkville High School standout Ellie Alvarez’s college team wins to UVA Wise Cavaliers

On Friday, March 14, former Yorkville High School standout Ellie Alvarez’s current college team, the Tusculum Pioneers, won 8-4 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the UVA Wise Cavaliers.

The game took place at Red Edmonds Field. This was their first matchup against the Cavaliers this season.

The Pioneers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 14 at 4:20 p.m. at Red Edmonds Field against UVA Wise Cavaliers.
