On Wednesday, April 16, former Yorkville High School standout Taylor Warren’s current college team, the North Central Cardinals, won 2-1 in their NCAA Division III softball game against the North Park Vikings.

The game took place at Shanower Family Field. This was their second matchup against the Vikings this season.

The Cardinals’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 18 at 1 p.m. at Workman Family Softball Field against Millikin Big Blue.
