City of Sandwich Finance Committee met May 19.

Here are the minutes provided by the committee:

Alderwoman Erickson calls the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.

Roll Call was taken:

Present: Alderwoman Karsta Erickson, Alderwoman Genelle Inman

Also Present: Geoff Penman, Sandra Koehler

Absent: Alderman Fred Kreinbrink

Review of Semi-Monthly Bills ran on 5/24/25:

Questions about meal reimbursement and wanting clarification on what is allowable and reimbursable. Geoff stated there are different contracts being interpreted differently and a sit down with Dept. Heads is needed.

Question about the clothing allowance and what exactly is it meant for? Geoff stated it should be part of the same conversation with Dept. Heads to better define what it is and how to reimburse going forward.

Approval of Minutes for April 21,2025 and April 7th, 2025

Copy of Minutes for March 7th 2025

Approval of Minutes for May 5th, 2025

A motion to forward the bills to Council for approval was presented- Motion made by Alderwoman Inman, seconded by Alderwoman Erickson motion Passed
