C. Authorize the mayor to sign an agreement with EEI for a lump sum fee of $8,500 to prepare necessary paperwork to establish a Grant of Easement for the Dearborn property.

Discussion and possible approval of Ordinance 2025-10 entitled “An Ordinance Approving and Authorizing the Mayor to Execute a Dedication of Public Right-Of-Way for the Public Road Purposes From Big Bear Farms, Inc. to the City of Sandwich For 0.840 Acres on Pratt Road and Temporary Construction Easement Agreement for Big Bear Farms, Inc. to Access Said Property”

A.
