A. Approval of Semi-Monthly Bills totaling $209,477.99

B. Approval of Mayoral appointment of Alderman Chunn and Alderman Ketchum to the Budget Committee for 2025-2026

C. Authorize the mayor to sign an agreement with EEI for a lump sum fee of $8,500 to prepare necessary paperwork to establish a Grant of Easement for the Dearborn property.

D. Discussion and possible approval of Ordinance 2025-10 entitled “An Ordinance Approving and Authorizing the Mayor to Execute a Dedication of Public Right-Of-Way for the Public Road Purposes From Big Bear Farms, Inc. to the City of Sandwich For 0.840 Acres on Pratt Road and Temporary Construction Easement Agreement for Big Bear Farms, Inc. to Access Said Property”

14. Executive Session

A. Executive Session pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c) (1) personnel “The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body or legal counsel for the public body, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee of the public body or against legal counsel for the public body to determine its validity; pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(5) The purchase or lease of real property for the use of the public body, including meetings held for the purpose of discussing whether a particular parcel should be acquired; pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(6) The setting of a price for sale or lease of property owned by the public body; and pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(11) pending litigation “Litigation, when an action against, affecting or on behalf of the particular public body has been filed and is pending before a court or administrative tribunal, or when the public body finds that an actions is probably or imminent.

B. Possible Action following Executive Session

15. Announcements

A. The next Finance Committee Meeting will take place on July 21, 2025 at 6:30 p.m.

B. The next Committee of the Whole Council meeting will be held on July 21, 2025 at 7:00 p.m.

C. The next Regular Meeting of the Sandwich City Council will be held on July 21, 2025 immediately following the Committee of the Whole meeting
