City of Sandwich Finance Committee met Aug. 4.

Here are the minutes provided by the committee:

Alderwoman Erickson called the meeting to order at 6:30pm.

ROLL CALL:

Present: Alderwoman Erickson, Alderman, Danko, Alderman Kreinbrink,

Alderwoman Inman. Alderman Robinson arriving at 6:31

Review of Semi-Monthly Bills:

Alderman Kreinbrink had questions about the Artlip & Sons Annual Contract, does it automatically renew, could we reach out to Youngrens and get a quote on a service contract. Decision made to pull the bill and see what the terms of Artlips contract is and get a quote for Youngrens.

Alderman Danko had questions about the Axon Enterprises bill. It was for all new body cameras, docking stations and storage.

Alderman Robinson had questions regarding meal reimbursements for Officer Lundsteen, there is overage on the amount allowed. That was going to be pulled as well.

Unfinished Business: None

New Business:

Approval of minutes from July 21, 2025. Motion for Approval made by Alderman Danko and Seconded by Alderwoman Inman. Motion Passed by unanimous voice vote.

Audience Comments: None

Authorization to pass bills onto City Council for Approval:

A motion to forward the adjusted bills to Council for approval as presented in the amount of $180,183.10. Motion made by Alderwoman Inman and seconded by Alderman Danko. Motion passes by unanimous voice vote.

Adjournment:

No further business, motion to adjourn made by Alderwoman Inman and seconded by Alderman Danko at 6:42 pm. Motion carried by unanimous voice vote.
