1.A. Board President States: The purpose of the hearing is to provide time for questions or comments by the Public about the Budget and Appropriations Ordinance 26-1

13.J.1. Motion Requested: Authorize library staff to submit the completed Illinois Public Library Annual Report to the Illinois State Library in compliance with 75 ILCS 16/30-65 (due Sept 1)

13.K. Christmas Walk

13.K.1. Motion Requested: Allow the library parking lot to be used for volunteer and accessible parking and for the building to be used for volunteers to warm up, in exchange for a free booth at the Christmas Walk for the Library.

13.K.2. Motion Requested: Close the Oswego Campus (32 W Jefferson, Oswego) at 2:00 pm on Friday, December 5, 2025 to allow for set up of the Christmas Walk.

14. Open Session: Total Public Comment Limited to 30 Minutes Total

The Board will now receive public comment concerning items on this agenda as well as communications and reports from citizens or representatives from other agencies. Such comments should not include discussion of personnel matters, which should be brought directly to the attention of the Director.
