Oberweis labels Pearl City TIF extension 'bad policy'

Senator Jim Oberweis (R-Sugar Grove) opposed a bill extending the lifespan of a long running tax increment financing (TIF) ordinance for a redevelopment project for an area of the Village of Pearl City.
