City of Sandwich Board met June 5.

Here is the minutes as provided by the board:

Mayor Olson called the meeting to order at 7:10 PM.

Roll call was taken:

Present: Mayor Olson, City Clerk Ii, Aldermen Chmielewski, Dell, Killey,

McMahon, O’Sullivan, Redden & Robinson

Also present: Attorney Gottschalk, Department of Public Works / City Engineer Horak,

Chief Bianchi, Building Official Steffens & EMA Director Ciciora

Absent: City Treasurer Webber & Alderman Kelleher

Possible Motion to Reconsider Vote on Ordinance 2017-09 entitled “An Ordinance in the B-3

Service, Automotive, and Wholesale Business District Permitting the Operation of a Body Art

Establishment at 122 Indian Springs Drive, Unit 4, by Outer Beauty Ink, LLC.” Should a motion to

reconsider be made by a member of the prevailing side of the vote taken at the last meeting of the

Council and passed, this ordinance relates to a request by Outer Beauty Ink, LLC, to operate a Body

Art Establishment at 122 Indian Springs Drive, Unit 4.

Motion made by Alderman Robinson, and seconded by Alderwoman Killey, to reconsider

Ordinance 2017-09 for passage. Aye: Aldermen Chmielewski, Dell, Killey, O’Sullivan, Redden

& Robinson Nay:0 Abstained: Alderman McMahon Motion carried

Alderman Robinson moved to pass Ordinance 2017-09 as presented. Motion was seconded

by Alderwoman Killey. Aye: Aldermen Chmielewski, Dell, Killey, McMahon, O’Sullivan,

Redden & Robinson Nay:0 Motion carried 7:0

Audience Comments: None

Adjournment:

There being no further business to come before the Council, motion made by Alderman Robinson

and seconded by Alderman Redden to adjourn the Committee-of-the-Whole Council meeting

at 7:15 PM. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote.
