The Board of Review meeting was called to order on January 23, 2018 at 1:00 pm.
Members present at the meeting were Pam Gegenheimer, Gary Popp and David Zielke. Andy Nicoletti, Clerk.
Motion to approve agenda by Gary Popp and seconded by David Zielke, motion carried.
No public comments.
Motion to approve the minutes from January 3rd and January 4", 2018 by Gary Popp and seconded by David Zielke, motion carried.
Discussed 2016 PTAB cases for American Homes 4 Rent. Evidence to be forwarded to PTAB.
Received applications from IDOT for Total Exempt status. Motion to forward to Department of Revenue by Gary Popp and seconded by David Zielke, motion carried.
Next meeting scheduled for February 3rd at 10:00 am.
