Kendall County Board of Review met February 13.

The Board of Review meeting was called to order on February 13, 2018 at 10:00 am. Members present at the meeting were Pam Gegenheimer, Gary Popp and David Zielke. Andy Nicoletti, Clerk.
Motion to approve agenda by Gary Popp and seconded by David Zielke, motion carried.
Motion to approve the minutes from January 31, 2018 by Gary Popp and seconded by David Zielke, motion carried.
No public comments.
Reviewed budget report. Have used 16.45% of budget.
Discussed 2015 PTAB cases for Harvest Property Management. Board of Review is willing to stipulate to 2017 Equalized Assessed Value. Also discussed 2015 PTAB for Pepperblend. BOR is willing to stipulate to 2016 EAV.
Discussed rebuttal evidence for 2016 Norris/Poirier PTAB.
Discussed upcoming meeting schedule. Meeting scheduled for February 27th, March 27th, April 10h and April 24h all at 10:00am
