Little Rock-Fox Fire Protection District responded to 117 calls in 2017 - 5.4 percent more than the previous year, according to data from the National Fire Incident Reporting System.

The calls in Little Rock-Fox included 26 fires - 10 structure fires, four vehicle fires and 12 other fires. The fire department also responded to one call for ruptures, explosions or overheating.

In all, the department saw $681,500 in fire loss - or about $26,212 per fire.

The department also received 90 false calls, including two malicious calls and 88 other false calls.

The Little Rock-Fox Fire Protection District had an annual budget of $2,018,371 in 2017.
