Q1 real estate sales report: Millbrook

Median prices rose in Millbrook over last year, and are up 103.9 percent over 7 years, adjusted for inflation, according to first quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From January to March, 5 homes sold in Millbrook for a median price of $250,000. That's 14.3 percent higher than median home sale prices for the first quarter of 2017.

In the first quarter, there were no foreclosures in Millbrook.
