Great customer service skills, ability to speak confidently about the project to homeowner if necessary.
Other requirements
3 – 5 years of experience in the trades
Reliable vehicle to get to and from jobs, if you have a truck that can haul materials, this is a plus and mileage benefits will be discussed.
Work boots and hand tools.
Job description:
You will be responsible for running remodel projects from start to finish. Each project has different needs and you will be guided by the owner to complete the projects to the standards and timeline set by the project manager. This is a hands-on position. You will not only be supervising, but the lead on the project with a laborer as your assistant. Some of the work you will be responsible for includes demoing, installing durarock, installing trim and tile, working with subcontractors, installing flooring, installing drywall and more.
