Q4 real estate sales report: Yorkville

Median prices declined in Yorkville over last year, and are down 8.1 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to fourth quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From October to December, 97 homes sold in Yorkville for a median price of $215,000. That's 5.1 percent lower than median home sale prices for the fourth quarter of 2017.
